Life's been quite interesting recently: I'm juggling new job adventures and a show (COME SEE HELLO DOLLY AT DIAMOND HEAD THEATRE) š So many great opportunities have surfaced and I am beyond grateful for the guidance, support, trust and aid I've received from everyone along the way. Counting my blessing, for sure. :)
On Sunday, I had the opportunity to stay at Aulani for the first time ever since it's been open. The only other time I had ever been there was for Junior prom about 6 years ago, but we didn't stay over and I didn't explore the property too much. To be honest, I don't remember alot about the venue except for the entrance šš
This time was much different.
Lea so graciously invited me to stay after we had rehearsal. Her kids and some family and friends were celebrating the end of summer before school starts ā how great! When I got to Aulani, I immediately felt like I was in a different world ā a Disney World ā because it felt like vacation.

They had a villa (I swear it was bigger than my house in total square footage) complete with a full kitchen, living room, dining room table, and three HUGE bedrooms with three HUGE bathrooms and a giant lanai that overlooked the pool and ocean. I FELT LIKE I WAS DREAMING.

I instantly Facetimed my mom knowing that she would love to see the place as she's never been to Aulani before either.
She, of course, loved it.
The next day, we lounged at the pool, went on the different water slides, the lazy river, etc., ate shave ice and enjoyed the day with the kids. It was such a fun Monday before heading to work at night!

I just couldn't get over the Disney magic that I felt from the rooms, the pool(s), everything ā I was tempted to buy ears in the giftshop just because!
Thank you, Lea, for such a great Aulani experience!
I wish I could live there and fulfill my dream of being a Disney princess LOL
